CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS 

Return policy

You can return the products within 30 days of delivery, with an extra 15 days during December (because of Christmas). Please use the return form you received in your package and follow the instructions.

The product you return must be in like new condition with all tags attached, unworn and free of any odors and/or stains.

We do not cover return shipping cost. 

We do not cover any handling fees if a package is unclaimed.

Cancellation policy

According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your products. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by using this form: link before returning your product(s). 

We will refund your money within 10 days upon receiving the cancelled product(s). If you have cancelled before we have shipped out, we usually refund the next working day. Depending on country and transfer time, it can take up to several days before you see the refund on your account.

The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation. 

If we have shipped the product(s) and you cancel before receiving them, you are still responsible for shipping them back to us at your own cost. 

Exchange policy

You have the right to exchange your products within 30 days upon receiving them. 

The return of the product(s) is made at your own cost.

Complaints

If you want to make a complaint regarding damaged product(s), please contact us by using this form: link 

You must contact us within 10 days upon receiving the damaged product(s). 

When a complaint is made an investigation of the damaged items will be started. We will then need you to send us a description along with pictures showing the damage. Do not under any circumstances ship the product(s) back before your complaint is accepted. 

If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund your money.
